CAPP (Caring Alliance People and Partnership) is a Western Nebraska based not for profit organization working to help the underprivileged in our community. We believe in our slogan “NEVER GIVE UP” Because we have been in your place at one time or another. Our group is comprised of all volunteers with a deep understanding of being underprivileged. No one should have to be cold and with proper food or clothing and as a group of caring persons we do our best to help where we can.
